Eligible, unused, non-personalized items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or a return is otherwise required by law. Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect orders within 7 days of delivery.
